The Texarkana Arts and Historic District, in partnership with the City of Texarkana, Texas, is collecting survey responses from individuals who have attended an event in downtown Texarkana recently.
“Whether you’ve visited our farmers’ market, attended a dance recital, or been to a concert, we need your help in submitting survey responses,” Economic Development manager Lisa Thompson said. “This survey will help us quantify the impact our local arts and cultural events have on our overall economy. We use that information to update plans, apply for grants and continue develop our narrative for revitalizing downtown.”
The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete and is geared toward individuals who have recently attended an event downtown. To access the survey, visit https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/WV3DPHD.
There is also an opportunity to win prizes for submitting the survey, including museum memberships, a goodie bag, tickets and more.
The last economic impact survey was completed in 2015, and can be found at: https://www.visittexarkanadistrict.com/_files/ugd/11fc9e_becc74b07c744be0986738e96716e0d2.pdf.
